It's Our Birthday!

September 25, 2006 - It's been over a year since Katrina hit and things are still not completely 100% back to normal. ePrayer.com is still here but still rebuilding slowly. We made it 8 years and we will be back stronger and better than ever.

September 25, 2005 - ePrayer.com is in Hurricane Katrina's awful path. Our servers were still up as we were fortunate to have them in a different part of the country, but our homebase suffered a lot of damage and downtime. ePrayer.com celebrates 7 years online while we wait for the electricity to come back on in Houston, San Antonio and Atlanta.

September 25, 2004 - ePrayer.com turns 6 years old! Another special year has rolled around and we're proud to still be your sanctuary on the Internet for peace and spirituality. Sadly, we are missing one of our founders to share this special occassion. Charlotte has gone home to the Lord.

ePrayer.com turns 5 years old on September 25, 2003. Celebrate with us as we rejoice in being your online spiritual community for 5 years. A warm and special thank you to all of our Members who have been our source of inspiration. We couldn't have made it without you!

Today is a very special day here at ePrayer.com. And although, we're in the midst of technical difficulties beyond our control, we are celebrating the grace that God has blessed us with 5 years of faithfulness and commitment to our devotion to Him. The concept for ePrayer.com was born in the summer of 1998. Keeping a spiritual website online has not been without it's share of difficulty, and when looking back, it's those times, when our members have reached out to us, that has given us the strength to continue.

The Lord has shown us over and over again, what a powerful force prayer and faith is. And with out a doubt, He has shown us that when we gather together in the name of prayer, nothing is impossible. That continues to inspire us.

In other exciting news, we are also celebrating Charlotte's birthday today. Happy Birthday, Mom! I love you more than words can say. Thank you for being my partner, my mentor and my friend.

And lastly, we are experiencing a lot of technical problems today as our hosting company has informed us that they have to replace the motherboard in the server our site is on. Therefore, that will include a fair amount of downtime. I have also noticed many pages are unable to load. (Retrying has brought them up sometimes.) Again, we thank you for patience and prayers.
